The following Abundance Skills exercises will assist you in recognizing how your inner dialogue and your beliefs are supporting you in staying stuck in scarcity and how to free yourself to receive the abundance that is in life.

As with all the Life Mastery Skills Exercises, it is highly recommended that you read (or listen to) the introduction first before starting the exercises.

Introduction to Abundance Skills Exercises

Most of us live our lives motivated by fear. What motivates us affects what we create and how we create it. Fear contracts our body and is the emotional component of disease. Fear limits our potential greatness. Fear limits our abundance and keeps us stuck in scarcity. We spend our lives afraid we will not get what we want or afraid we will lose what we have.

Valuing ourselves by what we produce in the world, by who we know, how others feel about us, and what others pay for our talents, will create us to live in fear and worry.

Fear keeps us focused on our lacks. Fear and worry makes us jealous and envious of what others have and competitive and threatened by others' success. This results in our re-creating lack and scarcity in our lives, rather than appreciating and acknowledging all we do have.

In order to create abundance in our lives we need to first understand how our beliefs are creating scarcity and blocking abundance, which is always available to us. We can then begin to release these negative and limiting beliefs and replace them with positive beliefs about abundance and wealth.

Abundance Skills Exercises

We recommend you start with the free abundance skills exercise first. An Abundance Skills Module is also provided containing further exercises for those who wish to delve deeper into developing their abundance skills. This module provides ten exercises for developing your abundance and life wealth skills as well as a complete Glossary of Terms. It can be purchased at the Life Mastery Skills Bookstore for $5.00.
